We help founders
build the right thing.
OrbitOne is the pre-flight layer for founders. We turn fuzzy ideas into testable hypotheses, then into a Go / No-Go / Pivot verdict — so you can clear for liftoff with conviction instead of crossed fingers.
Built from the scars of shipping
the wrong thing.
OrbitOne started with a question we kept hearing from every founder we talked to: “How do I know if anyone actually wants this?”
We'd watched too many smart, hard-working teams pour months — and savings — into beautifully built products that nobody used. Not because the code was bad. Not because the team wasn't talented. But because the problem wasn't real, the audience wasn't there, or the timing was off.
The tools to figure that out early were either too slow, too academic, or too expensive. Founders were left guessing. So we set out to build the kind of validation engine we wished we'd had: fast, founder-friendly, and grounded in real signal — not just AI hand-waving.
That's OrbitOne. The layer between “I have an idea” and “let's build it” — where ideas get tested before they get shipped, and founders get the kind of feedback that actually moves the needle.
Because 90% of startups fail — and most failures are preventable.
We don't think building a startup should feel like betting your savings on a hunch. Validation isn't glamorous, but it's the single highest-leverage thing a founder can do in their first 90 days. We're building OrbitOne because the world needs more startups that solve real problems — and fewer that die in silence.

Startup methods
Tech veterans with decades
of skin in the game.
OrbitOne is built by a team of operators with decades of combined experience shipping software, founding ventures, and investing in early-stage companies. Engineers who've scaled platforms to millions of users. Founders who've taken companies from zero to exit. Ex-VCs who've sat on the other side of the table and know exactly what separates an idea that gets funded from one that doesn't.
We've been the founder staring at a blank Figma file at 2 a.m. We've been the engineer who built the wrong feature for six months. We've been the investor passing on a deck because the team hadn't pressure-tested the obvious risks. We know the loop because we've lived every side of it.
We're intentionally small and senior — close enough to the product that every feature gets the love it deserves, and experienced enough to cut through the noise of what actually moves the needle for early-stage founders.
Validate before liftoff
Every hour spent on the wrong idea is an hour you can't get back. Founders deserve a verdict — Go, No-Go, or Pivot — before they pour months into building.
Signal over opinion
Anyone can have an opinion about your startup. We pair AI research with real founders so you replace opinions with the kind of signal you can actually act on.
Founders deserve better odds
Most startups fail because nobody wanted what was built. That outcome isn't inevitable — it's a tooling problem. We're here to fix it.
Built with founders, not at them
We treat the people we serve as partners. Every feature is shaped by what early founders actually struggle with, not what looks good on a roadmap.
